Questions people ask
Can I retake a course I've already completed?
Yes. In your account settings you can see your course history, and a quick “Reset progress” next to any course resets your progress in it. You're also welcome to rewatch the videos at any time.
I bought the annual plan. Can I get a refund?
Yes. You have 14 days to cancel your subscription and request a refund from within your account. After that, send the request as a support ticket and our team will review it case by case.
I've finished every course in my learning path. What's next?

I have an idea for a course module. How can I share it?
Email our creative team at creative@enigmaschool.com. We review every suggestion.
I have a team plan. How do I add more seats?
Buy additional seats from your subscription page. You can also remove people from seats you've already bought and reissue those seats to someone else. Seat changes are prorated to your billing cycle.
